Ritz No-Melt Ice Cream Recipe

Its almost spring, which, of course, means fabulous parties and fun sleepovers! I’m¬† all about the food at the party, the more the better ūüėČ
I’ve been seeing this recipe from Ritz floating around and have been dying to try it! I love that you can switch up the sprinkles or toppings based on the season.


  • 84¬†RITZ Crackers, divided
  • 4¬†oz.¬†brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1¬†jar¬†(7 oz.)¬†marshmallow creme
  • 1¬†tub¬†(8 oz.)¬†frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/4¬†cup¬†multi-colored sprinkles


  • Break¬† up 24 crackers coarsely.
  • Mix¬† cream cheese and marshmallow creme in medium bowl until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping and chopped crackers.
  • Scoop¬† cream cheese mixture into 60 (1-1/4-inch) scoops; place on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet. Top with sprinkles.
  • Freeze¬† 4 hours or until firm.
  • Serve¬† on remaining crackers.
