Its almost spring, which, of course, means fabulous parties and fun sleepovers! I’m all about the food at the party, the more the better 😉
I’ve been seeing this recipe from Ritz floating around and have been dying to try it! I love that you can switch up the sprinkles or toppings based on the season.
Ingredients

84 RITZ Crackers, divided

4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened

1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme

1 tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/4 cup multi-colored sprinkles
Instructions

Break up 24 crackers coarsely.

Mix cream cheese and marshmallow creme in medium bowl until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping and chopped crackers.

Scoop cream cheese mixture into 60 (1-1/4-inch) scoops; place on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet. Top with sprinkles.

Freeze 4 hours or until firm.

Serve on remaining crackers.
