Ritz No-Melt Ice Cream Recipe

Its almost spring, which, of course, means fabulous parties and fun sleepovers! I’m  all about the food at the party, the more the better 😉
I’ve been seeing this recipe from Ritz floating around and have been dying to try it! I love that you can switch up the sprinkles or toppings based on the season.


  • 84 RITZ Crackers, divided
  • 4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/4 cup multi-colored sprinkles


  • Break  up 24 crackers coarsely.
  • Mix  cream cheese and marshmallow creme in medium bowl until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping and chopped crackers.
  • Scoop  cream cheese mixture into 60 (1-1/4-inch) scoops; place on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet. Top with sprinkles.
  • Freeze  4 hours or until firm.
  • Serve  on remaining crackers.
